Rent N Roll is a Philippine peer-to-peer camera and gear rental marketplace. By using Rent N Roll you agree to these terms. A full version will be published before the public launch.

Bookings

Booking requests place the rental total and security deposit on hold in your Rent N Roll wallet. The owner has 24 hours to accept; if they decline or the window passes, the hold is released. On acceptance the rental is captured and the deposit continues to be held until the gear is returned.

Listing gear

Owners must complete identity verification before listing. Gear must be accurately described, available on the dates shown, and handed off in the advertised condition. Owners and renters must take handoff photos at both pickup and return.

Cancellations

Each listing carries a Flexible, Moderate, or Strict cancellation tier. Renter refunds follow that tier. Owner cancellations after acceptance incur a penalty and a full refund to the renter.

Damage claims

Owners may file a damage claim within 48 hours of return, supported by photo evidence. Renters have 48 hours to accept, counter, or dispute. Disputes are resolved by the Rent N Roll team and the resolution is final.

Account suspension

Repeat no-shows, fraudulent claims, or terms violations can lead to temporary or permanent suspension. Decisions are final.
