Rent N Roll is a Philippine peer-to-peer camera rental marketplace operated by RNR Web Portal Services, a sole proprietorship with a business name registered with the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). In this notice, "we" and "us" refer to RNR Web Portal Services as the operator of rentnroll.store. This notice explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
Pre-launch. Rent N Roll is not yet publicly launched. DTI business-name registration is complete. BIR registration, local business permits, and PayMongo approval for wallet and automated money movement remain in progress. DTI registration identifies the registered business operator; it is not an endorsement of Rent N Roll's services. Payment processing uses PayMongo; we do not claim BSP EMI status.

We keep account and booking data while your account is active and as needed to resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce our terms. Signed contracts and verification records for completed or disputed bookings may be retained for several years for dispute and fraud prevention purposes. You may request deletion (see below); we will delete or anonymize where no legal or operational need remains.
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and role-based restrictions on verification documents. Only authorized staff may access government ID images.
Under RA 10173 you may request access, correction, objection, erasure, or portability where applicable. Submit a tracked privacy request and keep the ticket ID to follow its status. You may lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
We will update this notice before material changes and adjust the date above. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acknowledgment where permitted by law.
