What we collect

• Your email, phone number, and GCash name (required to rent or list gear).
• Your listings, bookings, messages, ratings, and handoff photos.
• Identity verification documents (for owners listing gear).
• Payment screenshots you upload for top-ups or payouts.

How we use it

We use your data to operate the marketplace — show your listings to other users, coordinate bookings and meetups, deliver notifications, resolve damage claims, and verify payments. We don't sell your data.

Who can see what

Your username, ratings, and the gear you've listed are public. Your GCash name and phone number are visible only to your booking counterparty during an active rental. Verification documents and payment screenshots are visible only to Rent N Roll admins and, where relevant, the counterparty on a transaction.

Deletion
